They are not a quote, a diagnosis or professional advice about your particular property. Every site, gate and opener is different, and the right answer depends on what we find when we see it.

Mentions of safety standards, permits, zoning rules and utility-marking requirements are general and may change. Check the current requirements with your municipality or the relevant authority before relying on them.

Nothing on this website is an offer, a price or a promise of availability or of a response time. The scope and price of any work are agreed only in a written estimate we give you after looking at the job, and the work is governed by that estimate and any written agreement that goes with it. Sending a form does not create a contract; it asks us to get in touch.

Safety

Gates are heavy, and automatic gates move with force. If you make any checks suggested on this site, you do so at your own risk: switch an opener off before going near its moving parts, never force a gate, keep children and pets clear, and stop and call us when in doubt. If someone is trapped or hurt by a gate, call 911 first.
