Fields marked *with an asterisk are required. The more you tell us about the gate and what it is doing, the better prepared the first visit is.

1. We read it. Your request reaches us with the details you entered.
2. Konner calls you back during our working hours to ask any questions and go over what the job needs.
3. We set a time for the visit that suits you. An urgent request, such as a gate stuck shut or stuck open, is handled as an emergency.
4. At the visit we find the cause or measure for the new gate, explain what we found, and give you the price before any work starts.

• The address, and how to reach the gate (a side entrance, a locked yard, a dog to keep inside).
• What the gate does or does not do, since when, and whether anything happened first: a storm, a power cut, a bump from a car.
• The gate type (swing, slide, bi-fold) and material, and the opener's make and model from its label if it has one.
• A few photos of the gate, the hinges or track, and the opener, if you can take them.
• For a new gate: the width of the drive where the gate will stand, and whether the ground slopes.
• For a business or HOA: who should be contacted on site, and any hours when the gate must stay in use.
